Hanoi, Da Lat also very nice and cool weather. Thatiss the north of Vietnam.
And the south of Vietnam you should go Ho Chi Minh, Phan Thiet, Phu Quoc island.
But i recommend you should go Da Nang & Hoi An in Nov :)
You should go Nha Trang in Aug, that is best month to travel here. Im sorry that Nov is rain season.:)
