Its quite expensive but can also be cheap, depends on currency change from you country currency to singapore dollar.
I can say that when you come to singapore, many things you do here, you have to pay for it. But i guess, at quite a reasonable price. What do you intend to do in singapore?
Kuala Lumpur, about 5~6 hours by coach and there will be like one/two stops. I've been there before once. >)
