First things First ! Please accept my apology for the late reply to your message.
The reason For it is that I'm moving from my rented apartment (at the coast here) to one I'd like to buy..But...It's so much more work than I thought it would be..The decoration,,new furniture & so on seen to be keeping me busy 24/7 ! Then there the things you don't expect, such as delays,poor delivery..Oh Geez..Seems like it's always something. I really did overestimate the free time I have, for writing to penpals.....! that several things seem to be clearing up..I think things should be back to normal in maybe 10 or 12 days...
