umm the thing is that Colombia is a tropic (i think in english is like that) so we dont have the 4 stations, so the weather change in every city, for example, in my city, Cali, the weather is so hot all the year, but in a city like Bogotá, the weather is so cold all the year, so it depends on every city where you live... and weather in spanish is "clima" and your question would be something like: " Cómo es el clima allá? becouse "alli" is when the thing is kind of close :) and "alla" is when the thing is sooo far
