Good luck there! Because I too have performances in December, at least four! End of year is always like that. What are you planning for your school brake? You're right, this year went by too quickly. It's good in some aspects and bad in other ones. University gets closer soonner as well as our christmas gifts !.= On the other hand, we can't go back in time.
I've already played in a café, and also schools, halls, churches. By the way, tomorrow I'll be playing in a park! This is being a musician!
Harp sounds really beautiful, it'll be amazing for sure! Have I talked to you about Caliope's House and Cowboy's jig? They're my favorite irish tunes.
Right! Most schools start on March. Next week is a week of tests. But I consider myself aready done with school. How are you doing there?!
Take Care!

Wow, I can't even remember when I last visited interpals. Luckily I can see these informations over the messages, lol. I'm here anyway. I was approved in the tests for university, now I still have my last one, biology, chemistry, literature, portuguese.... and math among others. If I really liked math...
Well, as for the youth soloist violin test I wasn't accepted, no problem, that's what I was expecting... By the way I played Mozart Third Concerto for violin in G minor there.
I never played a electric violin, but I do think an acoustic one must be better although I like it when played in groups like The Corrs. have I ever had a string broke during a performance? Nope. Have you? I wouldn't like if it happened to me! Can you imagine that? Everybody looking at you, at least kind of umcomfortable. Last time you said two girls fell off their chairs, how's come?!! If it was just one, but two??! What are you playing now? We'll start to play some Christmas pieces like Christmas Concerto by Corelli... I like it a lot, especially the Adagio...
Luckily my school classes finish soon, in the first or second week of December, then I'll have some typical performances of end of year... and finally take a rest and get some time to study my violin...
Sorry for taking so long to answer, I might not have time to reply to your messages so early, but I'm still here...
See you!

no....just saw a trailer for it you know....
Never mind! I'm sorry too! We don't need to worry about being busy, that's completely normal! I'm sorry you couldn't get the first violin sitting. I hope you can get it in the spring. Today I had my first violin test for university! I guess I did a good job. It was in the morning about 8:00!! and I was the first to be called by the alphabetical order. The day before my brother dropped his violin on to the ground, broke one of the string but luckily he could change it. I'm having another one on Friday. Tomorrow I'll be in a test for youth soloists and then the winner is going to play with a professional orchestra. I know it's almost impossible to me to win. I saw Paul Dateh many times on youtube. I wonder how he gets a perfect pitch on his violin. You mean Grumiaux? Yes, I know him. Once my teacher lended me a DVD of the best violinists of the 20th century, but I haven't heard many of his performances. For a long time I forgot to look for some of his performances! So today tomorrow and after tomorrow I don't go to school... at least I'll be practicing the violin! Have a nice week!
