Al Mustaqeem simply means the straight path. You will hear it in Arabic when listening to Al Fatiah (the first chapter of the noble Qur'aan) When it says 'Idinas sirrat al mustaqeem' which means guide us to the straight path. The straight path is the path of following Allah swt and his final messenger Muhammad (saws) from this world (the dunya) until akhira (the afterlife) :)
