Well, I have played handball in six years, but not anymore, because of my shoulder. So now I just go to the gym and climbing a lot of mountains around here:P
I usually choose to be creative, like writing or drawing, but I do the regular stuff as well, like calling a friend or watching a movie, or climbing a mountain or anything:P Sometimes even exercising can be fun!
