Hey :)

How are you? :D

Nah he lives in Canada haha. His parents moved over here from Finland though, and they both still speak it quite a bit. Where I live has the biggest finnish population outside of Finland! :)

Really! hahaha, that's what my Finnish proff says a lot of the time. It's super easy once you learn all the grammar rules. Then it is just the words.

My favourite would probably have to be Uusi bussi. Just because it's really fun to say. Even though it's of something silly. Then I like Karhu, because it's my last name, and means bear :D

Woooh that's so cool :D

And yeah I speak some finn! My father is the first Gen in Canada Finnish, so, my Mummi and Ukki are still grasping some english, it's fun to talk to them though. My Mummi loves my boyfriend because she can talk fluent finnish with him and not have to try english hahaha.

My boyfriend teaches me Finn too, and I am taking it in University as well. It's a pretty easy language to learn, probably the easiest. No gender differences, pretty easy to remember endings. Rarely any exceptions.

It also sounds really pretty, I love listening to Finnish music. <3

No, unfortunately I have never been to Finland. I REEEEALLY wanna go there! My father's side of the family is pure finns, so I get to hear a lot of the talk of it. I even managed to get myself a finnish boyfriend xD

Oh it is! Some views just take your breath away, makes you wonder if someone out there had a paintbrush making it all.
Since Easter is coming up, what do Finn's generally do there for Easter?

Hey there! You sound like a pretty interesting person :D
I am from Canada, but half finnish, interested in learning more about a place that feels so much like home through someone that lives there. :)

Sisu!!
